Punjab: India’s Hero of 1971 Indo-Pak War, Brigadier Kuldip Singh Chandpuri, 78-year-old died in a hospital, Mohali at Saturday 8.30am. He was the awardee of Maha Vir Chakra (MVC), which is the country’s second highest gallantry award. His cremation will take place on Monday with full military honours.
